I did extensive research on how to market and sell my property - both agent and on my own. One thing that stood out from the beginning was the willingness Barrett put forward to answer my questions as well as his appreciation for the buyers agent and the important role they play in the transaction. He and his team come from the industry and know how it works. They have a vision and their company delivers on it. No matter if this is your first home you are selling or if this is something you do for a living, Falaya has the right plan for you. I've purchased and sold a couple of homes so I am familiar with the process. I chose the mid-tier option and could not be any happier. I applied some of the savings from the seller agent commission to the price and was able to sell my home in 30 days - in a competitive market in the middle of summer! 5 STARS ALL GHE WAY! What a great experience! I’ve renovated houses for a decade and sold FSBO and with a realtor paying 6%. I knew there had to be a way to get on the MLS without paying 2 realtors. I found Falaya online as a Flat Fee Realtor. After asking tons of questions, I took the leap and signed up. Barret and his team did a great job walking me through the APP and I never once felt any pressure. They sent me 2 signs, I notified Barret when I was ready to list and no joke - the 2nd day after listing I had 2 showings and signed a contract the very next day for over asking! If you’re on the fence, just DO IT! I’m only out $1200 on my side, not 3%.😊

Falaya brings a new way to sell real estate and it worked for me. For the initial fee of $500, they helped list my home on various sites, were there to answer questions about the process, helped with the forms and offered advice. The cost was another $500 at the closing. I was very happy with Falaya.

Selling my spec house through Falaya was a great experience. The staff was great working with regarding getting it listed on MLS. The communication was great regarding passing along information for showing the house to potential buyers and realtors. Lastly but not least, I saved money by not having to pay seller commission fees.

There are a lot of realtors out there, but I honestly don’t think anyone could’ve handled our sale the way Barret did. He was patient, steady, and always on top of things. From the second agreement on, he guided us through some complicated parts and made the whole process feel manageable. Jacob was great to work with too, and together they made a really solid team. We’re grateful for everything they did to help us get it done, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I've sold two houses using Falaya, and had a great experience each time. The first time I got the middle package, and got great support from Barret and the team. This time I went for the "economy" plan, as I've bought and sold quite a few houses by now. I still got good support, all the paperwork was done quickly. I accepted a decent (but not fantastic) cash offer and closed in two weeks. The Falaya team is very responsive, and easy to work with. I saved around $10,000 in total seller agent commissions in the two houses sold with Falaya. If you're confident enough to lead your home sale effort, Falaya provides professional MLS access with timely and helpful support.
